I volunteered at a sea turtle rescue center (in Greece) for a month while I was in grad school!

When I was 29 I spoke at the state house for habitat for humanity in front of multiple representatives 4 days after having my middle son.
He grew up on a farm and does all of the laundry in his household.
For fun, I play the Irish sports of Hurling and Gaelic Football with the Indianapolis Gaelic Athletic Association. This is a photo of me playing in the 2025 national championship match for Camogie (the proper term for women's hurling) where we won the national title!
He is part of a German folk dancing group and travels across the state for different performances!
